She set up an initial call with us so she could learn what we were looking for in a home and she also walked us through the whole process. She was very proactive in helping us look by sending us multiple listings she thought could potentially fit what we were looking for as well as meeting us at open houses. She found our condo off the market so we were able to see it before the open house. We ended up waiting until it hit the market to make our offer per Caitlin’s advice which, in our case, ended up being the right move. She helped us every step of the way from the beginning to close.
